AMAZEBALLS! Banana Bites for the healthy sweet tooth.

My sistah, @itsallaj , calls these little bites AMAZEBALLS 🤣 And I must agree with her. Bite-sized banana bites topped with nut butter and chia seeds, then coated in dark chocolate and a touch of sea salt. No guilt. No fuss. Just deliciousness. And I’d suggest making a ton of these and keeping them in the freezer until you need to satisfy that sweet tooth without ruining any health plans.

All you need::

3-4 ripe bananas (not overripe)

1/2 cup your favorite nut butter

2-3 tablespoons chia/flax seeds

About a cup of dark chocolate chips (check out @eschocolate for their premium oat milk chips 🙌🏽)

1/8 cup of almond milk or cream

Sea salt, coarse

—————————-

Slice bananas about 1/2 inch thick or less, if you like.

Top each slice with a little nut butter and some chia or flax seeds. Place in freezer for at least an hour to set. While in freezer melt chocolate and cream in a microwave safe dish. Stir to combine until silky and smooth. Remove banana pieces from freezer and quickly coat each slice in the chocolate. Make sure to place each coated piece on parchment. Trust me. After each coating top with a sprinkle of sea salt. Place all coated slices back in the freezer for another 30min to an hour. Once chocolate has set you can put them all in a plastic freezer bag and eat as you will!

Enjoy, friends.

Love,

Soultree
