OH, GARLIC

When I think of some of my favorite ingredients to work with, the first item I consider is GARLIC! Garlic has multiple health benefits from combating the common cold to reducing blood pressure...and, of course, warding off strangers. But I think once you get how to incorporate and use garlic in your culinary dishes, the more you'll love it. Some of my favorite things that take tons of garlic is what some chefs call "midnight pasta". It's a very easy dish with tons of chopped garlic, a bit of parmesan, olive oil and whatever herbs you have on hand all tossed with hot pasta. It's called midnight pasta because that's around the time most chefs get a chance to grab a bite to eat. If you've not been a fan of garlic I hope you can find some great recipes on here to change your mind.
